Privacy policy

Your reasoning belongs to you.

MS Prime is designed around on-device scenario records and clear product boundaries. This policy explains what information may be involved when you use the app or contact us.

Last updated: July 2026

Our core privacy commitment

Scenario notes are designed to remain on your device. MS Prime does not connect to a brokerage or bank account and does not handle deposits, withdrawals, or real orders.

Overview and scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the MS Prime application and this marketing website. “MS Prime,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the MS Prime product team. The policy covers information stored by the app, information involved in basic website delivery, and information you voluntarily send when contacting support.

MS Prime is an observation and educational-practice workspace. It is not an investment adviser, brokerage, exchange, bank, or order-routing service.

We do not ask you to connect a financial account. The contact form on this site validates fields in your browser and prepares an email through your email application; it does not silently upload the form or an attachment to this website.

How information is used

Information you choose to provide may be used to:

  • respond to support, privacy, accessibility, or product questions;
  • diagnose a reported problem using details you intentionally include;
  • maintain the security and reliability of the website; and
  • meet a legal obligation or protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

We do not use your scenario records to route orders, assess credit, manage funds, or create a financial profile.

On-device storage and security

Scenario Notebook records are designed to stay on the device where they are created. This limits server-side exposure, but it also means device access, operating-system backups, and device security are important. Use a device passcode, keep the operating system current, and review the backup settings provided by your device platform.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control, but cannot guarantee absolute security or control the practices of your device platform, email provider, or network provider.

Retention: On-device records remain until you delete them in the app, clear the app’s storage, or remove the app, subject to any device backup you control. Support emails are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or meet legal requirements.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, or similar operational functions, only as needed to provide those functions. Pages containing a licensed external photograph may request that image from the image host, which can receive standard connection information such as an IP address and browser details.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect users, the public, or the service from fraud, abuse, or security threats. If the product’s ownership changes, relevant business records may transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

Your choices and rights

You control the scenario records stored in the app and can delete them using the app or device controls available to you. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you previously sent to support, subject to identity verification and applicable law.

To make a privacy request: email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and the email address you used to contact us. We may need additional details to confirm the request without collecting more information than necessary.

Children’s privacy

MS Prime is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
